SHIPPING POLICY — Together Carpet

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
• United States: 13–25 business days
• Malaysia: 10–19 business days
• United Kingdom: 15–25 business days
• Canada: 15–25 business days
• Australia: 12–22 business days
• Sri Lanka: 17–26 business days

SHIPPING RATES
All orders over $35.00 qualify for FREE shipping to all destinations.
Orders under $35.00 are charged based on the weight and destination of the shipment. Rates are displayed at checkout.

COURIERS
We ship using a mix of couriers depending on carpet size:
• Small carpets (2x3 – 3x5 ft): ePacket / China Post Air Mail
• Medium carpets (4x6 – 6x9 ft): DHL / FedEx Express
• Large carpets (8x10 ft and above): Air Freight / UPS

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
All prices displayed on our store are inclusive of applicable import duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid — DDP). You will never be charged additional fees upon delivery. Please note that US orders under $800 USD are typically duty-free under the de minimis threshold.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at chinatogether.llc@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund — no return required.
